The Simon and Garfunkel Story to light up the Waterfront
The Simon and Garfunkel Story - 50th Anniversary Celebration comes to Belfast Waterfront on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 May.
Has it really been 50 years since the most successful Folk/Rock Duo of all time recorded their first Number One hit single, The Sound of Silence?
Following its West End success at London’s Leicester Square Theatre, The Simon and Garfunkel Story is currently the biggest and the most successful international touring theatre show celebrating the lives and career of Simon and Garfunkel.
“Amazing” (Elaine Paige, BBC Radio 2) “Authentic and exciting” (The Stage)
Featuring seasoned West End, leading man Greg Clarke and a full cast of talented actor-musicians, The Simon and Garfunkel Story takes you back through the Groovy times of the 1960s. It tells the story of both Paul and Art from their humble beginnings as rock n roll duo, Tom and Jerry, right through their massive success, dramatic break-up and finishing with a stunning recreation of the 1981 Central Park reformation concert.
“A real treat” (Metro) “Spine tingling harmonies” (The Daily Record)
You’ll enjoy 1960s photos and film footage while a full live band performs all their hits including Mrs Robinson, Cecilia, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Homeward Bound, Sound of Silence and many more! You can purchase tickets for The Simon and Garfunkel Story - 50th Anniversary Celebration by calling 028 9033 4455, online at www.ulsterhall.co.uk and at The Ulster Hall Box Office.
There is a Waterfront Credit/Debit card handling charge of £1 per ticket for bookings made by telephone. A fee of 50p per booking is payable for tickets forwarded by post. Online bookings attract a charge of just £1.50 per transaction.
