The Day 1-10 Checklist is an important step to ensure that all required tasks and documents have been completed and returned. In order to move forward with any service, you must complete all tasks on this checklist. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the checklist or our process here at Best Agent Business please contact [email protected]. Once you’ve completed this checklist, please email the document to your assigned Key Assistant or to the Client Success Team if you have not been assigned a Key Assistant.

Note: Please ensure you always have your checklist in front of you when you are speaking with someone at Best Agent Business. Please advise that per your signed service agreement you agreed to dedicate 2 hours/weekly to Best Agent Business for completing all projects.

Checklist Item Details Date Completed Client Welcome Email Please read client welcome email and reply with answers to the questions provided. Client Newsletter Please follow instructions to sign up for Client Newsletter. (This will be from A-weber) New Client Welcome Survey Please complete and submit the new client welcome survey. This required before we can move forward. Welcome Call This call will be with your Key Assistant or the Client Success Team and will be a basic intro. We will also schedule your new client kick off call. Review Please review the previous items and ensure all is completed before your kick off call. Please write down any questions or concerns you may want to discuss on your kick off call.
