IslandWalk Homeowners Association 6155 Towncenter Cm, Suite 101; Naples, FL 34119 (239)513-0045 * Fax (239) 513-9291 February 14, 2006 Dear Homeowner / Resident, At the September 21, 2005 Board Meeting a totally new entry gate processing system (GATEKEEPER) was approved. The new system from International Security Networks (ISN), a complete system provider, offers improved entry gate processing and other advantages for our residents. This system will record virtually all entry gate transactions. Beginning in February, the GATE ARM will come down after each RESIDENT vehicle in an effort to stop TAILGATING activity. Any damage to the gate system, the gate arm equipment or the vehicle caused by tailgating will be the sole responsibility of the vehicle operator.

The resident information you have provided previously will be transferred to this new system.

To clear a visitor with the GATEKEEPER system you will simply call the gate and say your guest's name. The system will automatically recognize your phone number, using CALLER ID. When your guest arrives, your voice message will authorize the entry. In the event you are calling from a different number, each resident will have a PIN number to key into your phone for identification. (See enclosed page-details / PIN #)

Also, from your home computer using the internet and your PIN number you will be able to add / delete names or deny access on your permanent guest list such as when you are absent from Island Walk for a period of time. (See the enclosed page for details and PIN number)

Currently, there are almost 4,000 active residents including spouses, over 3800 active bar codes and almost 8,000 permanent guests using our gate. In addition, there are hundreds of other vendors and guests accessing our entry gate every day. Needless to say, a good system and everyone's cooperation is needed in order to control access and minimize problems at the gate.

All residents should frequently review and update your database information at the Town Center Office.

When providing updates, please be careful to: 1. Write "LEGIBLY" on the form and complete ALL important information areas. (You must have a "PRIMARY" contact phone number). Clearly indicate those items to be deleted.

2. If you are an owner that leases your unit, you must contact Southwest Property Management (239-261- 3440) to register the lessee per the provisions of the Homeowners Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Island Walk.

South West Property Management advises the Town Center of the new lease. Bar Codes for the lessees' vehicles will be issued for the period of the lease, and they will automatically be deactivated on the end-of- lease date shown on the lease. Therefore, if your lease is renewed, it is important to re-register it with Southwest Property Management in order for the Bar Codes to remain active. Also, if the lease is terminated early, the owner and the lessee should advise the Town Center Office to update our records and turn off the bar codes.

Sincerely, ~ Steve Anderson; Town Manager (KEEP HANDY) Important Resident instructions - GATEKEEPER Visitor System

Islandwalk has transferred your previously supplied data into a new system called GATEKEEPER to improve the way the Wackenhut guards authorize your visitors onto the property. When a visitor arrives at the guardhouse, the guard will bring up your "Resident Page" on a touch - screen computer monitor. If the Visitor has not been "Pre-cleared", the guard will touch a command that will dial the resident to get your permission to admit the guest. The GATEKEEPER Visitor Screening System offers each resident two (2) methods to "pre-clear" a guest:

1. PERMANENT VISITOR LIST: This list of names appears on the" Resident page" at the guardhouse. A visitor whose name is on this list will be granted entry immediately and the resident WILL NOT be called for authorization. This list might include Close Friends, Relatives, Employees, Medical Services, etc. Some restrictions can be placed on the names of the PERMANENT VISITOR LIST as shown below:

a.) Expiration Date: Permanent Visitors name will disappear from the list on a specified date.

b.) Time I Day Restriction: A note will appear with the visitors name defining specific Days / Times access is authorized. If the visitor arrives outside the specified Days / Times, the resident would be called to authorize entry.

Residents will be able to maintain their own PERMANENT VISITOR LIST by the Islandwalk internet website link (log in with PHONE NUMBER and the PIN number you are issued) or providing an updated data form to the Gate House or Town Center Office.

2. VOICE MESSAGING SYSTEM: A.)-This feature is used to pre-clear a SINGLE VISIT for someone you are expecting ON A PARTICULAR DAY. A resident can call a designated phone number and when prompted, simply say the name of their expected guest. When the guest arrives, the guard will be alerted to the message on your "Resident page", he will hear your voice message and grant entry. The resident will not be called for authorization.

B.)-IF calling from HOME ( THE GATEKEEPER SYSTEM using CALLER ID WILL RECOGNIZE UP TO FOUR (4) PHONE NUMBERS PROVIDED TO THE DATABASE), the resident does not need to identify themselves, the system recognizes the phone number making the call and puts the voice message on the correct "Resident Page". The resident needs only to say the name of their expected guest. .

C.)- IF not calling from their home phone, the resident will be prompted to enter their 7 digit home phone number and the four (4) digit PIN security code, then say the name of their expected guest. The voice messaging system will be more efficient for the residents. Once you have called and left a voice message pre-clearing an expected guest, you no longer have to stay near your phone. Plus, it will reduce the time your visitor spends being cleared at the guardhouse. Voice Message phone number 596-4332

It is very IMPORTANT that all residents keep their information current and accurate. February 14,2006
