Registration Registration is required for all conference participants. Kindly complete the Registration Form below and return via email or fax. Registration will close on 15th December 2012. Please register early to avoid disappointment. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Conference Organizers upon receipt of the completed registration form and proof of payment (see banking details below). Travel Arrangements Participants are expected to make their own travel arrangements. If you need a South African visa, kindly check the visa requirements. We are willing to provide you with a letter of invitation upon request.

SHUTTLE TO VENUE A shuttle will pick up those arriving at Durban international airport on SUNDAY Jan 20th at 12.30 (cost R100). A shuttle will pick up those arriving at Pietermaritzburg airport on Sunday Jan 20th at Midday (cost R50). You must book your place on the shuttle (see registration form) Arrivals & Departures Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday, 20 th January 2013 in the afternoon before 3pm and to depart on Tuesday afternoon at 5pm. Those wishing to stay at Redacres or Enkanyisweni must make separate arrangements. Transport Participants are expected to make their own arrangements to and from the airport. Participants electing to stay at Redacres or Enkanyisweni will be transported to and from the conference venue daily.
