3. The Grand per capita tax for the 2011 annual members is $12.00 plus $1.00 Grand Extension fee for new members. This is in addition to the Supreme Per Capita Tax of $9.00, Supreme Extension fee of $1.00 for new members. Pup Tent transmittals to Grand QM must include payment of $21.00 for continuous and reinstated members and $23.00 for new members. Fees transmitted for new members do not include cost of hat, tassels or member bug which must be ordered separately. 1. The fiscal accounting period for the Grand will end on 31 May 2012. 2. The 2012 Grand Scratch will be held in June 2012 in conjunction with the VFW Department of Pacific Areas Annual convention at times and dates to be announced.
