OBJECTIVES To secure a position in tertiary educational environment in order to: serve to enhance the teaching-learning experiences in the best interest of institution and its beneficiaries while employing my skills and expertise in the field of education, specifically in educational administration, research methods, pedagogy, organizational excellence, and Islamic Intellectual heritage, culture and civilisation, bridge the gap found in the mainstream authentic literature in Arabic and English languages on the philosophy of education and foundations of administration utilising my expertise in these languages and my familiarity with either sources, facilitate innovative programmes for further heightening the quality of institution of higher learning in serving the student and other university communities applying my experience and expertise to facilitate Leadership and Management training at University level; and actively participate in the university’s development and empowerment programmes and assist the management in achieving practical results in line with its vision and mission of the institution where I am affiliated to.

PERSONAL CAREER GOAL I am a self-motivated and hardworking person. I take good pride in doing an excellent job. The personal traits above can be seen in my academic and social achievements, as well as the numerous skills I learned and adapted during my working years.
