INTERNATIONAL STUDY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM (Must be enrolled IN THE ABOVE LISTED COURSE to receive this scholarship)

FINANCIAL NEED WILL BE CONSIDERED AS REPORTED BY THE FAFSA One scholarship will be awarded and applied to the cost of the program for that student.

Eligibility:

 Must be accepted to the Summer Design Abroad program for summer 2017.  Must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA and in good standing  Must be in need of financial assistance and currently on financial aid.  Must complete application procedures listed below by the deadline.

Application procedures:

 Complete this Department of Design International Scholarship Application Form.  Attach an unofficial copy of your WWU transcript.  Provide a Statement of Intent that clearly demonstrates financial need, examples of academic merit, and your goals for this course abroad?  Submit this form plus a copy of your WWU transcript to the Design Department office by 4pm on Monday May 1st, 2017.
