Hope you had fun doing your installation of officers. Thank you for sending your “How does your chapter rank?” forms, so far I have received over half of them. Enclosed with this mailing is a blank copy for you to use. Appreciate this very much, thank you. SPRING WORKSHOPS: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS INVITED TO ATTEND There are four more in April. TOPS SRD 2012: We are having a planning meeting Saturday May 7th at 1:00 pm. If you are interested in participating and want to get involved, we would love to have you join in. We will gather at our home “The Wellington’s” 6902 128th St E Puyallup 98373. 253-845-8693

TOPS WALKS WA – May 21st your Area Captains will announce time and place. Enclosed with this news letter are the Entry/Release Form and Walk information letter.

TOPS SRD 2011 – “Growing Together in TOPS” June 3rd and 4th , Spokane Convention and AG Center

TOPS IRD 2011 – “Happy Days with TOPS” July 7, 8, & 9, Milwaukee Wisconsin. Hopefully many of you have added to your annual chapter budget a donation for the purpose of financial assistance to aid Area Captains who attend IRD. There will be 5 of our 7 Area Captains attending this years IRD. They will benefit greatly from the experience. This, in turn, will enhance the many services they perform for the chapters within our area. I am sure your Chapter will wish to show your appreciation for their dedication by making a LOVE contribution. Please make your chapter check payable to me and mail by June 1st. Thank you for your participation in this endeavor. Starting June 2010, again this year, I have been writing your chapter name of the back of tickets for every new member joining your chapter. At SRD Nancy will be drawing out a winner for our area. She then combines all of her states, takes the tickets back to IRD. From each Regional Directors area there will be a drawing from the new member tickets. The winner will receive $250.00.

Chapter Leaders having email addresses please respond to the Chapter Survey now available on www.tops.org , after logging in as leaders, in the Leader’s Corner at the bottom of the list on the left.

NEW MEMBER CAMPAIGN: For all chapters who have a leader email contact registered with TOPS Club, Inc. shall run from July 1 through December 31, 2011.  A credit shall be awarded to a chapter for each new, full-price member joining on or after July 1st through December 31, 2011.  A cumulative total of credits earned from new full-price memberships received at headquarters shall be emailed to the chapter leader at first of each month.  When four credits are accumulated, print email and attach to any full-price new or renewal membership and it will be processed free of charge.  There is no limit to the number of credits or free memberships earned.  Credits must be redeemed by June 30, 2012.

Make certain that your chapter has an email address listed for the leader by July.

Dana Suttell: One of our wonderful Speakers on the 2010-11 Speakers List, wishes to take the summer off. She has commitments and will return sometime in the fall.
