II. Secretary's Report Chris Knueppel A. Correction of May 2013 Minutes: none. B. Approval of May 2013 Minutes: First: Chris Courtney Second: Priscilla Donovan Status: Approved

III. Treasurer's Report A. There are still unallocated deposits. If any look familiar, please let the treasurer know so they can be properly applied.

IV. Director's Reports A. Darby Band Jeremy Kozman Marching Band/Color Guard are doing very well. Have had 2 games so far. Starting the remaining drills for the contest show. Hilliard Invitational Performance Times: Darby will be performing at 7:30 pm. Davidson will be performing at 8:00 pm. Bradley will be performing at 8:30 pm. Awards around 9:00 pm.

B. Darby Choir Mike Martin Pasta Dinner went very well. Lisa Sweeney is looking for dessert recipes for a cookbook fundraiser.

C. Darby Orchestra John Riegel Doing well. Working towards the Spaghetti Dinner Concert.

D. Heritage Band Joe Burke No update.

E. Heritage Choir Kristin Hodgson No update.

F. Heritage Orchestra Sara Given Ms. Given is currently on maternity leave.

IV. Committee Reports A. Calendar Coordinator

B. CHARMS Data Jane Branham/Julie Cooper No update.

C. Concessions Dave Nelsen Friday was the Davidson game. There were 40+ volunteers!! Tailgate was not as profitable as hoped. Thank you to everyone that allowed use of their coolers. Heritage Golf Course loaned coolers and donated ice.

D. Ice Cream Social Lesa Kuebler Very good turnout. Successful. Broke even.

E. Invitational Lesa and Steve Kuebler 13 bands currently signed up (including Hilliard 3 bands). Charms has the sign up for volunteers. Invitational T-shirts are neon green this year and will sell for $10.00.

F. New Uniforms No new information right now. Band is looking to purchase new uniforms. Current uniforms are 16 years old. Choir is seeking to purchase new robes. Current robes are no longer manufactured.

G. Publicity Lori Chilcote/Denise Russell No update.

H. Transportation Todd McDaniels Both trailers maintenanced. All in good working order. All of the drivers were approved and passed the written test.

I. Current Uniforms Jane Branham Everyone has been fitted. Fall uniforms were worn at the Darby/Davidson game. Shout-out to the parents who helped the band get ready.

J. Volunteers Connie Wagner A lot of people came earlier then needed for Friday's game. It was a great problem to have, but some people were not immediately utilized.

K. Website Julie Cooper Looking to get flow chart updated.

Calls will be made to solicit volunteers, build relations, etc. The section parents will be a source of information to new parents or current parents with questions.
