THE FACULTY CLUB RENAISSANCE PREMIER AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP

This membership is open to Alumni, Presidents Club or affiliate group individual of The Ohio State University, including but not limited to individuals within: Dental Society, Medical Professional Society, Battelle Memorial Institute, Chemical Abstracts, Campus Partners

Affiliate Membership Initiation Fee: $375 Affiliate Monthly Maintenance Fee: $46

Current Faculty Club members who sponsor a new Renaissance Premier Affiliate Member during this limited time offer will receive a credit on their monthly billing statement of $16 for a period of 24 months beginning on the new member’s application approval date during the program period. A monthly credit of $16 will be issued to the new Affiliate member for a 24 month period upon his/her acceptance of application. *Sponsoring member will forfeit the $16 monthly credit should the new member not retain membership for the 24 month time period.
