From North of Portland Take I-5 South to Exit #297 (Terwilliger Blvd). Stay in the left lane on the exit ramp to go straight (the right lane is a turn only lane). At the top of the exit ramp, go straight across SW Barbur Blvd onto SW Bertha Blvd. Go straight at the first light and turn left at the second light onto SW Vermont. Make the very first left into the parking lot. Suite C is on the first floor, down the hall past the restrooms.

From South of Portland Take I-5 North to Exit #297 (Terwilliger Blvd.) Get into the right lane on the exit ramp (the left lane puts you back onto I-5). At the light at the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Terwilliger Blvd. You’ll cross over I-5 and at the next light, make a left onto SW Barbur Blvd. At the next light, make a right onto SW Bertha Blvd. Go straight at the first light and turn left at the second light onto SW Vermont. Make the very first left into the parking lot. Suite C is on the first floor, down the hall past the restrooms.

From West of Portland Take SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway (Route 10) east toward Portland. As you near the Hillsdale neighborhood, you will see signs for an I-5/99W exit to the right. Get in the right lane and take that exit, which will put you on SW Bertha Blvd. At the first light, make a right onto SW Vermont. Make the very first left into the parking lot. Suite C is on the first floor, down the hall past the restrooms.
