Chapter 7, Title 5 of the 1976 Code is amended by 23 adding: 24 25 “Section 57320. If a municipal council adopts an ordinance that 26 imposes a fine for texting while driving, then the municipality 27 must erect signs notifying drivers of the municipal limits and the 28 ordinance. The signs must be erected on every road at the entrance 29 to the municipality. The municipality may not impose the fine 30 until the provisions of this section are satisfied.” 31 32 SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the 33 Governor. 34 XX 35
