Payment in full is required before spaces can be assigned. To ensure you keep the same location PAY before leaving current show. We reserve the right to deny application to any vendor for any reason. Barrels are for CUSTOMERS ONLY. Your trash goes in the dumpster or take it home. Dumpsters are located on Civic Center Parking lot. . Bring your own trash bags and DO NOT USE THE BARRELS PROVIDED FOR THE CUSTOMERS. All vendors are responsible for disposing of their own trash DAILY in the dumpsters. ANY VIOLATIONS COULD RESULT IN DENIAL OF PARTICIPATION IN FUTURE EVENTS. Vendor parking is available across from Civic Center left corner. Vendor agrees to deliver said space in good clean condition during and at the end of the sale. Vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting Texas sales taxes – Venus tax rate is .0800 (8.00%) Call Texas State Comptroller at 1-800-252-5555 for information or apply online at http://www.window.state.tx.us/taxpermit/. Vendor understands that he/she is responsible for paying sales tax to the State of Texas on all sales made during the show and display of permit in a conspicuous location is required. Be sure to indicate Venus, Johnson County TX as the location of this festival when submitting your Sales Tax payment. Vendor is solely responsible for their merchandise, property and business transactions; Merchandise left unattended is done so entirely at the owner’s risk. Vendors may NOT change what they have signed up to sell without prior approval. NO ANIMALS! - Free or For Sale. NO GUNS! – toy or real. Preference is given to hand crafted merchandise & textiles, antiques, collectibles, local art, quality products and locally grown fruits and vegetables. FAMILY FRIENDLY merchandise only. All products offered for sale are subject to approval of Antique Alley committee. Violators forfeit space rental fee. Absolutely no refunds will be given. $25.00 returned check charge. No refunds, credits or transfers. Payment for each event is spent on advertising, portable restroom facilities and other operating costs. We reserve the right to assign specific spaces to each vendor. Vendor may NOT sub-lease booth space to a 2nd party vendor. Set-up may begin Thursday at 5:00 p.m. as long as there is no conflict with a business or property owner. Vendor spaces available in front of existing businesses are subject to the preference of the business owner. These cases will be handled individually as needed. SPACE NUMBER/DESCRIPTION of LOCATION (please, if you have special needs related to your set-up, note them here). Example: You have a flat bed trailer you want to sell off of; you have a large canopy, need to be on grass vs. asphalt, etc.: Pre-pay and choose your location ahead of time or be assigned a location the day you arrive. Call ahead with several days notice to make an appointment to tour available space locations. Description of Location: ______Neither property owners, City of Venus, Venus Chamber of Commerce, nor Antique Alley Texas Committee Members, or any other volunteer (or their heirs) will be held responsible for loss of or damage to dealer’s merchandise and/or equipment, or for injury to any person or property due to fire, wind, storm, theft, breakage, act of God, or any cause whatsoever on our premises.
