Benton Johnson II– Made a Motion to accept the Minutes Sherry Mclaughlin – Seconded Motion Passed

Old Business 2014-2015 Audit Update The 2014-2015 audit has been completed satisfactorily. Anyone wishing to see the audit is welcome to visit the ICA office and review the documents. 2016 Conference Committee Status The workshop proposals have been reviewed and the final selections will be made in the next 2 weeks ICA Election Steve Murray was elected as the new ICA President Elect-Elect Jeff Edwards was elected as Region I representative Leslie Contos was elected as Region VII representative Mark Vander Ley was elected as Region III representative ICA/IMHCA/ISCA “Evening at Ravinia” The response has been greater than expected. IMHCA and ISCA will be contributing an additional $500 each and ICA is being asked for an additional $1000 to be included in the next year’s budget. Committees to assist with the event will be forming in July. ACA Midwest LDI Information on the ACA Midwest Leadership Development Institute is now posted on the ICA website’s HOME page. Anyone interested in applying for a grant from ICA for this event is encouraged to complete the application by July 1.

New Business ICA Executive Director Compensation Finance committee proposed 4% raise & 5,000 bonus for the Executive Director expenses. Benton Johnson II - made the motion Sherry Mclaughlin - seconded motion Motion Passed

Amend the 2015-2016 Budget for Executive Director Expenses John D’Anco - made the motion Judith Fawell – seconded motion Motion passed

Accept the budget as Amended with Executive Director’s 4% contract increase John D’Anca - made the motion Judith Fawell - seconded motion Motion passed ICA 2016-2017 Budget A motion was made to approve the 2016-2017 annual budget as amended to reflect the change in the Executive Director’s contract.

Motion to Retain Cheryl Rohlf’s and Associates CPA for the 2015-2016 Audit

Passing of the Gavel to Joyce Marter

Remarks & Presentations by the new ICA President. Both Kevin Stouffer and Robert Walsh received commerative gavels for their respective Presidential years, and Joyce also presented each with a lovely flowering orchid plant for their offices.

Election of Executive Committee Representatives. Hector Zavala was elected as the new Division Executive Committee Rep. Rachel Schultz was elected as the new Region Executive Committee Rep. Jacob Hough was elected as the new Chapter Executive Committee Rep.
