FBCNVA Program to create the Banner General Tables.

FRBGRNT Grant Header Table Extract GURFEDG GURFEED - For General Ledger Extract  (JCL/DCL currently assigns GURFEDG to GURFEED). GURFEDS GURFEED - For Subsidiary Ledger Extract

Output Data Map:

FRS FBCNVA Pos. 6.x

Control Record:

PGM= FBCNVA TEST-RECS= Number of table records to write in this run. Use space for all records. YEAR-END= Y IF the FG-BEG-BAL = ZERO, do not write records to GURFEDG. N write to GURFEDG. FY= Two-digit fiscal year to process.

Special Processing:

FRBGRNT Write one record for each 0002 object code processed in FGFILE. Note: This portion of the extract program is currently under construction. GURFEDG Begin a new record each time a 0000 object code is processed in FGFILE. Write one record for each 0009 object code processed in FGFILE. GURFEDS Begin a new record each time a 0000 object code is processed in FSGFILE. Write one record for each 0009 object code processed in FSFILE.

Error Messages:

Uses standard FRS messages from ZOD002.

FJCNVA JCL to run migration program. FJCNVAFT JCL to move extract files to the Banner Database server.
