Available for Extra Help Please feel free to see me about arranging an appointment to obtain some extra help, discuss you grade or any other concerns you may have. REMEMBER: I am here to help you succeed! I expect each of my students to visit me in ELT about once a week. Classroom Rules SJHS Handbook – read it and follow the policies outlined. Be in your assigned seat ready to begin bell work when I come in from hall duty/when the bell rings. Fill in a tardy card if you are late. The 3rd tardy results in consequences (loss of hall pass, detention, note home, etc) Be prepared with all materials, homework, etc. This includes having your library book if we have been to the library recently. Do whatever you need to do in order to succeed in class; however, you may not cause a problem for anyone else in the room. Think before you act.
Grades Your grades will be based on: assignments, class participation, projects & tests. Progress reports will be sent home every three weeks. Grade reports should be signed by parents/guardians and returned for extra credit. If you feel an error has been made with regards to your grade, notify me ASAP. I try to update Skyward once a week.
