New Distribution Center for Natural Food Items

Kroger is pleased to announce they are opening a new Common Item Warehouse to distribute frozen natural food items to our Western Divisions. You are receiving this notice because you have been identified as a vendor/broker that could begin receiving EDI PO’s for product shipping through this facility.

As early as week of September 28, Kroger Natural Food Buyers will begin creating EDI PO’s for this new Distribution Center. It is imperative that you set up the below ship to duns number within your systems.

Brokers Please notify your principals of the duns for the Frozen Natural Food items. We will be sending the EDI PO’s to you their broker. Therefore, they will not be receiving a notification. We will depend on you (as their Broker); to inform them of the new ship to duns for this Distribution Center. Please verify they have set up the new ship to duns and if applicable duns for placing the EDI Po’s in their internal systems.

Immediate Action ALL Trading Partners  Please direct questions regarding items and vendors to our buyer (s) or category manager.  Please promptly complete the attached Partner Receipt Form or download another located on our site, http://edi.kroger.com (Click on the ALERTS and UPDATES link). We will use the information you provide to validate you have received, read, and understood the information on this notification letter.
