The Contractor shall support NATO and PfP nations owned and/or contracted fix and rotary wing aircrafts with the above listed fuel products and services worldwide. Services include all Flight Line services and aircraft husbandry services at ICAO/IATA identified aerodromes IAW the applicable standards and Host Nation Regulations.
The Contractor shall provide all resources and management necessary to fulfil contractual obligations. In particular, the Contractor shall provide an on-site management structure with the authority, capacity and capability to monitor and ensure contractual service standards are achieved. Detailed requirements will be included in the RFP. Remarks Bidders are advised that the Contract Base Period is planned to be from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2019 with three x one-year option periods of performance. The above contract periods might be subject to be changed at the time of solicitation. The overall contract duration will not exceed five years. The Full Operational Capability (FOC) is expected in January 2018.
