JOB TITLE (No. of positions) - Ref: to be inserted by HR

Full time/ part time and fixed term for x years

1st paragraph - Purpose and main duties of the role: for example In this wide-ranging and varied role you will provide a pro-active and flexible HR support service to designated Schools and Departments across the College. Your key work focus will be the co-ordination of recruitment processes and the provision of first line advice on standard HR policies and procedures. In addition you will co- ordinate the contract administration process, and produce timely, accurate management reporting information. You will have the opportunity to become involved in the management of employee relations cases.

2nd Paragraph- Candidate requirement: for example You will be joining a busy, supportive team and have proven relevant experience within a HR support role, ideally involving recruitment. Experience of preparing and managing contract administration is essential, as is the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of people. As a strong team- worker, you have the motivation and initiative to work independently.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are required as well as the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
