Coastwide Laboratories is awarded a contract for providing the City of Seattle with Green Seal Approved Certified Cleaners. The products are SE61 Glass Cleaner, SE62 Carpet Cleaner, SE63 Odor Eliminator, SE64 Neutral Multi-Use Cleaner, SE65 Heavy Duty Cleaner, SE67 Professional Carpet Spotter, SE70 Washroom Cleaner, SE71 Toilet and Urinal Cleaner, SE74 Liquid Hand Cleaner, SE78 All Purpose Cleaner, SE80 Floor Finish Sealer, SE82 Wax & Finish Remover, SE83 Wax & Finish Remover Heavy Duty, SE99 Graffito Remover.

This contract also offers brooms, brushes, sponges, mops, vacuum cleaners etc.

This contract is based on King County #B20275B, dated 2/1/08. The contract is valid through 1/31/2013, as specified in Attachment 1 – Specifications.

Orders shall be placed by City of Seattle Departments. Invoices shall be mailed in duplicate to the city departments, Accounts Payable, per attached list. Each invoice shall indicate Contract #0000002488.

The City does not guarantee utilization of this contract. This contract is subject to cancellation by either party upon thirty (30) days advanced written notice. The City may award contracts to other vendors for similar products or services. Actual utilization will be based on availability, proximity of vendor facilities, frequency of deliveries, or any other factor deemed important to the City.

The City of Seattle requires all janitorial cleaning to be done with Green Seal approved products or other certification acceptable to the City of Seattle. This includes all cleaning and janitorial work done at all locations for the City of Seattle.

For Order less than $200.00 there is a $15.00 delivery charge.
