Safety Committee Meeting December 10, 2014

Safety Roundtable is March 25-27 in Plano at Atmos Training Center

Melissa needs to send invite to all pipeline folks…get with JimBob and guys to get contacts across Texas by January 27

We need sponsors! Each company represented on committee to commit to $500? Possible that Atmos will donate meals; breakfast will be small

Committee will meet at the Plano facility on Tuesday at 2:00pm and will have a committee meeting on Thursday at 5:00pm to recap the event

Staybridge or Hilton Garden Inn – ask for Atmos rate

Cost: $6500 with an estimate of 60 attendees for Top Golf with 10 bays, cash bar, buffet dinner (fajita dinner with dessert) on Wednesday night (6:00-9:00pm)

Brandon is going to check with their videographer to see if they could take pictures at the event and at Top Golf

Once speakers are finalized, Jeff will send me names; I will finalize agenda and send it to Linda and copy Jeff and Bobby
