The purpose of the telephone conferencing access is to allow individuals to hear the discussions and offer comment during the public comment period (3:30 PM – 4:00 PM). Individuals calling in will be muted until the public comment period. If the muting needs to be discontinued due to problems, we ask that --  you reserve any comments until the public comment period;  you contact the Council office at 1-800-580-7801 with any problems instead of raising them over the phone;  you mute your phone to prevent disturbances.
