Dear , As a follow-up to the communication we previously sent you regarding our new relationship with Health Net, we are now writing to provide you with more information about UnitedHealthcare and our Oxford1 products available to you upon renewal. Although your current Health Net plan is no longer available as a renewal option, we want to reassure you that you are in good hands if you select an Oxford product. Enclosed you will find information regarding the Oxford plan that most closely matches your current Health Net plan. If you would like to renew into our proposed plan, we will automate the renewal to minimize any additional work for you – no member enrollment forms, tax documentation or binder checks. Or, if you would like to select a different plan, you can do that too. The only thing we need from you is a completed group application. It’s that smooth! Benefits to enrolling in an Oxford plan . Choice of two local networks: Our closest matched Oxford plan may utilize either our Freedom Network or Liberty Network, an affordable option for many employers. You may select a product with the network of your choice. - Freedom Network (NY, NJ, CT): More than 83,000 providers; 124,000 office locations; over 200 hospitals2 . 96% physician match to the Health Net Advantage Platinum Network in NY, NJ and CT based on a comparison of PCPs, OB/GYNs and specialists3 . Plus, our Freedom Network provides an additional 9,300 physicians and 24 more hospitals3 - Liberty Network (NY, NJ): Subset of Freedom Network: 54,600 providers; 78,000 office locations; 168 hospitals2 . 85% physician match to the Health Net Advantage Platinum Network in NY and NJ based on a comparison of PCPs, OB/GYNs and specialists3 . Plus, our Liberty Network provides an additional 686 physicians and 23 more hospitals in NY and NJ3 . Members enrolled in a Liberty Network product also have access to our Freedom Network in CT, which adds 13,900 providers and 32 hospitals2 . Transitional care for members with a physician who is not currently contracted within our network . National network access when outside of tri-state for most plans4 – over 617,000 physicians and 5,010 hospitals . Access to our Premium designated enhanced provider search tool .
