STAFF ASSOCIATION OF FAIRFIELD UNIVERSITY Class of 2014 Scholarship Application

Qualifications & Process  This application is available to members of the junior class (2014) at Fairfield University who receive need-based financial aid, and have attended Fairfield University for two consecutive years.

 The Committee will carefully review each application, and will contact qualified applicants to sit for an interview with the Committee later in the spring semester.

 The winner of the scholarship will be the Staff Association’s guest at its annual Scholarship Luncheon in May.

Instructions

 Please answer each question completely, print and sign the application, and return your complete application packet to Jonathan Hodge, DiMenna-Nyselius Library, by 6 pm on Friday, March 8, 2013.

 Your application packet MUST include, in addition to a completed application form, a complete academic transcript and financial aid award history. You can print both your transcript and award history through my.Fairfield: a. Transcript: a.i. Log in to my.Fairfield (formerly StagWeb) a.ii. Click on “Student” tab a.iii. Click on My Academics tab a.iv. Click on “Unofficial Transcript” link to display “Academic Transcript” a.v. Select ‘undergraduate’ from ‘transcript level’ drop-down menu a.vi. Click on “submit” button and make sure you print the complete document b. Financial Aid Award: b.i. Log in to my.Fairfield (formerly StagWeb) b.ii. Click on “Student” tab b.iii. Click on My Academics tab b.iv. Click on “Financial Aid” tab b.v. Click on “Award” link b.vi. Click on “Award History” link b.vii. Make sure you print the complete document
