The International Bible Way Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. under the direction of Chief Apostle Cornelius Showell, Presiding Prelate, invites you to exhibit your products and services, and/or sponsor professional or social events at the Annual Bishops Council and Workers Meeting. This conference will be held at the Sheraton Columbus Hotel at Capitol Square located at 75 E. State St., Columbus, Ohio. The event will be well attended. The attendees will include Bishops, District Elders, Pastors and local, national and international delegates of International Bible Way as well as invited guests, church members and visitors from various parts of the Country.

Become an International Bible Way vendor or sponsor, and reap numerous benefits for your company or organization:  Display and sell your products in the “International Bible Way Marketplace” Scores of vendors will be featured in this designated shopping area, a conference favorite.  Participate in all sessions and services Banquets and Receptions are not included.

Exhibitors Exhibit hours in the International Bible Way Marketplace (daily from 9:00 AM TO 11:30 PM) BEGIN Tuesday, March 12th and concludes Friday, March 15th. The Marketplace will be closed during the Apostle’s Keynote Address, and during evening services, but will reopen immediately following service.

Exhibitor fee is $425.00 for the four days or $125.00 per day. This year we are offering an Early Bird Special of $400.00 for the entire week, deadline February 10, 2013. The fee for registered International Bible Way members is $375.00 for the four days or $110.00 per day, with Pastor’s signature and paid conference registration. This fee includes: one covered 6’ rectangular display table, two chairs, free registration and admittance to all sessions and services (banquets and receptions not included).

The exhibit area colors are black and gold. Extension cords and audiovisual equipment are the responsibility of the exhibitor. All requests for electrical and telecommunication services must be contracted directly with The Sheraton Columbus Hotel Sales Dept. The exhibitor is responsible for the security of booth materials and equipment during conference hours. The exhibition hall will be secured for overnight storage. All exhibitors must furnish a description of products and services to be displayed or sold. The sale of any products or services that conflict with the International Bible Way vision will be disallowed.

Your materials will be professionally displayed in the International Bible Way Marketplace throughout the length of the conference. You will need to send all display and materials no later than February 18, 2013. This fee is $400.00 for entire week or $110 per day and includes one covered 6’ rectangular display table; display set up and takes down by our International Bible Way staff. This does not include registration or admittance to conference activities because no one from your company will be attending the conference.

Sponsors Sponsorship promotes events, services, materials and products necessary for running the conference. Sponsors will receive special recognition during the keynote address. Gold - $1000.00, Silver-$500.00, Bronze-$250.00

A sponsor can provide all or part of any of the following services, materials, and products: o Adult Messenger Bags o Annual Bishops Dinner o Children’s Lunch (provided daily) o Children Programming (Kids-eriffic, et al.) o Conference Advertising Printing Costs o T-shirts that advertise International Bible Way and your company o Youth Back Packs

You can maximize your company’s marketing impact by engaging in more than one of these sponsorship opportunities for our Annual Bishop’s Council and Worker’s Meeting. For example, purchasing a “Take One Table,” sending complimentary company pens to be distributed as favors, and providing funds to partially or fully sponsor one of the convocation activities would prominently display your company in the International Bible Way Marketplace, and garner special praise and recognition during the Keynote Address.

Unauthorized Activities Exhibitor acknowledges that the Annual Bishop’s Council and Worker’s Meeting is designed to be an orderly, controlled event and agrees not to exhibit, sponsor, or hold any activity designed to promote or sell goods or services to conference attendees, except as an authorized exhibitor following assignment of booth space number. Exhibitors will refrain from sponsoring or endorsing any activities during hours of announced International Bible Way scheduled activities without prior written consent of International Bible Way. No food is allowed to be sold.

4 Annual Bishop’s Council and Worker’s Meeting INTERNATIONAL BIBLE WAY CHURCH VENDOR SPACE RENTAL APPLICATION Rules and Regulations Governing Exhibits 1. Only bank checks, money orders or Travelers checks will be accepted. No personal checks will be accepted.

2. All payments must be paid in full prior to the event. If you are unable to come for any reason, there will be NO REFUND.

3. Vendors must only occupy the area/space contracted. Additional space will require additional fee. No Exhibitor will assign, sublet, or share the whole or part of the exhibit space allotted. The Exhibitions Committee Chairperson and her authorized representatives reserve the right to request modification of any exhibit.

4. All materials, products or merchandise must be sold in the area designated for vendors and not from hotel rooms. The hotel has the right to ask violators to leave

5. Vendors agree to use contracted space for lawful purposes only and will conform to all laws, ordinances and regulations. Posting and/or distribution literature, samples and/or souvenirs are permitted only from the contracted space.

6. International Bible Way Church is not liable for any damages to, or for the loss or destruction of any Exhibitor’s property, or injuries to the Exhibitor’s employees. All claims for any such loss, damage, destruction or injury is expressly waived by the Exhibitor and by the Exhibitor’s employees.

7. Payments for booth space will be returned in the event of failure to hold meeting as scheduled. With the exception, of any actual expenses incurring in connection with the Meeting. We will deduct from the payment if the Meeting is called off because of fire, or any act of God or the public enemy, or strike, or epidemic, or any law or regulation of public authority, or any cause beyond the control of the Meeting, which makes it impossible or impractical to hold the Meeting.

8. The Exhibition Committee will admit Exhibitors on the basis of space availability. The Exhibition Committee reserve the right to refuse exhibition space to any Exhibitor if, after the acceptance of the Application, information should come to the attention of the committee which reasonable judgment of the Committee’s Chairperson demonstrates that the immoral, obscene, or otherwise in consistent with the principals of AECC or inimical to its reputation. In the event the Committee should exercise this right, any deposit made by the Exhibitor or applicant for booth space will be refunded, except that denial of exhibition space shall be for failure or refusal of the Exhibitor to comply with the terms set forth elsewhere in the Application. The Exhibitor shall treat the denial of exhibition space as cancellation.

9. The Exhibitor will abide by mandatory times of closing and at special called times.

10. International Bible Way Church is not responsible for your sales. There is absolutely no refunds or discounts given back due to lack of sales.

11. Person violating any of the rules and regulations will be asked to leave the premises without refund. I have read and agree to all the rules and regulations regarding exhibits.
