Dear Meadowcroft Homeowners Association Member, (If you rent, please pass this onto the owner as soon as possible for payment)

The Meadowcroft HOA assessment (dues) for 2014 is $100. The Association dues are used to pay costs such as insurance, electricity for the entrance lights and irrigation system, lawn maintenance, legal costs, security/law enforcement, and other community costs.

The Meadowcroft HOA website contains links to the By-Laws, Covenants, announcements, contact information, meeting minutes, and home maintenance and improvement tips. Please visit it monthly at www.meadowcrofthoa.com.

The due date for payment of annual assessment is March, 31, 2014. Checks must be postmarked by the due date to be considered on-time. Please make checks payable to “Meadowcroft Homeowners Association” and mail to:

If payment is not made within thirty (30) days after the due date, the Member will be turned over to the Association’s attorney and summonsed to court according to the Association’s By-Laws. Unfortunately, the cost of the annual dues, attorney fees, and court fees together will greatly exceed the $100.00 annual assessment. The additional fees in 2013 totaled $330. Please refer to the By-Laws on the website for addition information.
