Salary: £21,383 - £25,504 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Reporting to: E-learning and Media Manager
Purpose of the Role: Provide administrative support for the e-portfolio system for the School in the continuing roll out of PebblePad to enhance the student experience by making a transition to online practices for portfolio and assessment activities. Deliver training and support for staff and students in using PebblePad. Develop effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders including students, staff and healthcare practitioners and management.
Main Responsibilities % time per year
1. Develop and maintain online resources and materials to meet learning and 30% assessment requirements within the PebblePad platform. 2. Provide administrative support for PebblePad for staff, students and mentors, 30% ad-hoc troubleshooting and on-going technical support for PebblePad, and act as a point of liaison between the School, practice and PebblePad. 3. Produce and maintain appropriate project documentation and training 10% materials for a range of audiences, and assist with the development of an online support area. 4. Support training workshops and associated resources for students, staff and 10% healthcare professionals, bridging the gap between technology and learning. 5. Work alongside School and Trust representatives to develop an 5% implementation strategy for the dissemination of PebblePad in practice. 6. Map administrative work processes, working across departments to identify 5% assessment requirements to be transferred to PebblePad. 7. Work with relevant admin teams to identify and develop data storage 5% procedures /filing systems/electronic retention systems for tutorial and practice-based documentation 8. Other online assessment development activities as required to support the 5% team.
Recruitment Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Essential Desirable Qualifications/ HNC or HND in a relevant subject, or Education equivalent qualifications/certification, plus considerable experience in a relevant role(s) Skills/Training Project management skills. High level of IT skills including Microsoft Office. Proven ability to build good working relationships across teams and departments. Excellent written and spoken communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Proven analysis, planning, organisational and problem solving skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Ability to translate ideas from staff into an effective online tool which matches or exceeds their expectations. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to proactively carry out research and to draft comprehensive documentation. An excellent team player. Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse and demanding workload with minimal supervision, using initiative. Ability to react positively to frequently changing priorities and deadlines, and deal with unforeseen problems and circumstances. Ability to assess, review and put forward suggestions for service levels and improvements. Additional Information
The role will be part of the School Health E-learning and Media team, working closely with the Associate Professor for Health E-learning. The E-portfolio Project Coordinator will be pivotal to the support and management of electronic data held on the e-portfolio system. The role holder also has opportunities to be involved in other online assessment projects.
