Important Information for Faculty

 You are responsible for obtaining your most up-to-date roster on Campus Connect. If you do not have a campus connect account, set one up right away!

 During the third week of the semester, you must report attendance to the Registrar’s Office. If there is a student who has NEVER ATTENDED your course, log onto Campus Connect and give the student a grade of “NW.” If everyone on your roster has attended the class, you must send an e-mail to the Registrar at [email protected] with the course name and number and simply write “all present.” This is necessary for financial aid purposes.

 At the end of the semester, it is imperative that your final grades are entered via Campus Connect within 24 hours after your last class meeting. Your delay in entering final grades may affect a student’s ability to take courses in the next semester.

 Once you have entered your grades on Campus Connect, you must submit a printed copy of your final grade roster (print off Campus Connect) to the Registrar’s office. Attendance rosters must also be submitted to the Registrar’s office.

If you have any questions about attendance or grade entry, please contact the Registrar’s Office. We are here to help you!
