B.1. Colton Jacob: How can you guarantee that your roles will be filled once the seniors graduate? There are a lot of interested members in the organization, and there are two juniors on the board.

B.2. Tyler Baker: What time of funding would you require from SGA? Wants to team up with the social work club and do fundraising, but doesn’t know exactly how funding works but will speak about this upon becoming an organization

B.3. Kirstie Wallace: What will your meetings look like? Went over the process of getting established, and also spoke about fundraising in the past few meetings. Plans to get professors and staff to talk about what social work will look like post grad in future meetings. March 8, 2016

B.4. Brittany Read: How will you get freshmen involved in the organization? Plans to make flyers to get the word out, and through word of mouth. Also maybe having a table in Bawcom, but has coordinated with the social work club and just recently had a mixer.

VII. Open Floor

A. Kendyll Robinson – Hover board policy

A.1. Colton Jacob: What is the current policy? And how do they explode? Current policy is that you can have them on campus but cannot be charged in any residence hall. They explode while in use and while being charged.

A.2. Tyler Baker: Part of the problem is that if you cant charge it in your dorm, you probably won’t charge it in class. There are a lot of different modes of transportation, so I don’t think we need to change the rules.

A.3. Camryn Schlegel: The idea of a temporary ban is a good idea because the technology is not adequate.

A.4. Kirstie Wallace: A temporary ban should appease both sides

A.5. Merritt Franzmann: There are a lot of people making these hover boards so it might be difficult to say if they have been made more safe or not.

A.6. Temporary ban is the consensus of SGA! March 8, 2016

B. Tyler Baker – A lot of people have spoken about a tuition freeze, to where the student coming in pays the same price all four years of their time at the university.

B.1. Kirstie Wallace – Worked on a bill similar to this last year, will explain to Tyler after meeting.

C. Camryn Schlegel – Could Easter Pageant be considered at FAE?

C.1. Vonne Lovejoy – Would it be credit if you’re in it or attend it? Just in it.

C.2. Wesley Bailey – Spoke with Mike and Jeff about this, and it is probable that it could be a chapel credit but probably not an FAE.

C.3. Kendyll Robinson – Do the students in One Voice get an FAE credit for being in a show? No, they have to attend not perform.

C.4. Jonah Fox – Athletes cannot get credit for an exercise class

C.5. Colton Jacob – Could you get your chapel credit that semester for being in it?

D. Kendyll Robinson – In reference to lighting up Luther, they’ve tried one light and it didn’t work so they’re trying it again in a few days.
