By submitting an idea, I agree to the following:  An idea that is identical or similar to mine may be submitted by another individual.  No compensation will be paid to me for use of the mascot idea I suggest.  Any drawing or documentation I submit for review will not be returned to me.  William & Mary will not proceed with negotiations of any kind respecting my mascot idea and will not be able to furnish results of the committee evaluation or reasons for not proceeding further.  By submitting this mascot idea, I grant the College of William & Mary all rights to use it without additional fee. William & Mary reserves the right to modify the submitted mascot idea as it sees fit and without limit.
