HP Mexico Federal, State Local Government Employment History Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in employment with HP. As you know, your desire to enter into discussions with HP for possible employment must be reported to your appropriate government agency prior to any contact with HP.

It is HP policy to comply with applicable regulations and laws that impose certain restrictions regarding the hiring and employment of current or former Federal (including military), State or Local Government or public educational institution employees (NOTE: excludes students that are part-time public educational institution employees UNLESS part-time responsibilities include purchasing IT products or services.). Accordingly, HP will not conduct any employment discussions until a determination has been made that you are in compliance with the regulations that require you to notify your agency ethics officer and request an ethics officer’s opinion, if appropriate to your position and agency, complete and submit the following questionnaire.

 You are a current government employee and have not communicated your intentions to your appropriate agency ethics officer and/or  You are a government procurement official involved in pending procurement activity in any way affiliated to HP or its interests

If you are a current government employee or procurement official and have notified your ethics officer in writing, or if you are a former government employee (within the last five years), please proceed by completing the following questionnaire and attach the completed questionnaire, and, your ethics officer opinion (if you have it at this time), to your profile along with your resume.

To attach the completed questionnaire to your profile:  Go to http://www.hp.com/go/jobs  Select “submit/update your profile”  On page 2 of our application, you will find the “Attach Files” section where you can select Browse to find the location of this questionnaire and attach it, your ethics officer’s opinion/letter, and any other relevant documents to your application.
