North Preschool Class Weekly News October 31, 2016 New News: In our first week together, as a class, we decided on reasoning; math concepts such as geometric shapes and our class rules and we wrote them on the dry erase board. We have measurement; sequencing which will benefit reading and writing 5 classroom rules: use quiet voices inside; use walking feet inside; skills; communication skills; and the abilities to cooperate and be keep your hands to yourself; put your toys away when you are responsible. Learning Focus: Last week, we continued to learn about the seasonal changes that occur when fall/autumn arrives. We read more books about leaves and harvest. At the light table, we counted leaves.
