 Discussion of retaining one or more technical consultants as professional services for LIGTT moving forward including the possible use of an RFP process to make necessary selections of those consultants

 Discuss protocol for addressing Information Requests, including: -General PR -Requests for interviews and news articles -Giving LIGTT Presentations and Updates
