Lowest Overall Price and Hourly Billing Rates

JPL will determine the “lowest overall price” by considering the proposed straight time, time-and-a- half, and double-time billable rates per hour. Accordingly, insert your proposed Billable Rate(s) per Hour, Extended Amount (rate x hours), and Total Price (total of all extended amounts) on the worksheet below or a computer generated equivalent. Be sure to provide the billable rates for straight-time, time-and-a-half and double-time for each labor classification listed by JPL. Note that the rates you propose below will be inserted into the “Price and Payment” Article of the resulting subcontract should your company be selected for award.
