Pawnee Parents

Pawnee Parents:

Joette Manning and Terri Thompson are putting together the Pawnee Angel Tree again this year. This will be our 10th annual charity event. This tree will again be placed in Nelson Drug Store.

We have been able to help over 530 children in the past nine years. This year we are doing things a little differently. It is up to a parent or guardian to sign up your children, if you have a need for a little extra help with Christmas presents this year.

In order to enable us to get the angels on the tree in a timely manner, please fill out the bottom of this page and place the form in a sealed envelope with “ANGEL TREE” on the outside and return it either to the Nelson Drug Store or the outside drop box at the Village Hall on the west side of the square. This form must be dropped off by MONDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2007.

The children’s names will not be placed on the Angel Tree. THE NAMES ARE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and the only people who will know the identity of the children will be the Angel Tree Committee.

The pick-up date for the presents will be SATURDAY, DECEMBER 15 FROM 8:00 A.M.- 12:00 P.M. at the Pawnee Shotokan Karate Club located on the North Side of the Square. If you are unable to make this pick-up, it is up to the parent or guardian to call either Joette at 625-7786 or Terri at 625-4200 to make alternative arrangements.
