LSE Photo-Prize Exhibition 2016 Submission Form

This year’s Photo-Prize follows the theme of ‘Utopias’, in line with the LSE Literary Festival. All submissions should reflect this theme.

Each photograph must be 300dpi, no smaller than 2MB as a JPEG file.

Please fill in all sections of the submission form, and attach this file to email submission.

Deadline for submissions is midnight Friday 29 January 2016.

Please save Photo Prize photo files as LastnameFirstname_NameOfPhoto.jpg and submission form as LastnameFirstname_Submission2016.doc e.g. “BrownJohn_HappyKitten.jpg” as the photo file and “BrownJohn_Submission2016.doc” as the submission form.

Submissions should be sent via email. Please email photos and submission form to [email protected]

Please note that the winners of the competition will be announced on Saturday 27 February 2016, and winners should be present for the event.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting an image for publication in LSE Photo Prize you are making a contribution to the LSE website. The LSE website's Terms of use therefore apply. You are advised to familiarise yourself with these before submitting any images as submission implies acceptance of these terms. By contributing an image you agree to grant LSE a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the image (see Contributing to the website). This requires that you own the copyright to the image and ensures that copyright remains with you as the contributor.

Privacy and data protection is important (see Privacy and data protection). This is especially the case when the image portrays somebody other than you as the contributor see Section 4.2.1 (a) under Contributing to the website).

By submitting your photo to Photo Prize, your entry will be automatically submitted to LSE Perspectives, LSE Arts online photo gallery. Any Photo Prize submissions will only appear in LSE Perspectives after the pop-up exhibition in February.
