VILLAGE NEWS Planning Applications Details of all planning applications are recorded in the Parish Council minutes or Flooding on New Road can be found on the Test Valley Borough or Hampshire County Council websites. The Parish Council is in discussion with the Environment Agency about the flooding which can occur at the bottom of New Road after heavy rain. The Applications Reviewed at the July Parish Council Meeting problem is quite complex: the ditch on the west side of New Road is designated as 16/01430/FULLS.
