LAKEWOOD SKATING SUMMER ICE SPEEDSKATING TRAINING TUESDAYS - 6:20-7:20PM 1 HOUR ICE TIME BEGINNING JULY 1 st 2014 FOR ALL LEVELS ATTENTION SKATERS: Ice time arranged by Lakewood Speedskating Club. Come to learn, improve, get in shape and have fun!! The emphasis will be on FUN AND GAMES, TECHNIQUE, use of the track, endurance and long distance work for the older skaters, drills and good old work on those EDGES!!
