Ayba Registration Instructions Returning Players

AYBA REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS– RETURNING PLAYERS:

Programs are grouped by age, gender and school. Please make sure that you are picking the correct program for your child’s age, gender and the school you prefer before paying. IF NOT, YOUR CHILD WILL BE REGISTERED IN THE WRONG PROGRAM! If you accidentally register your child in a program using the wrong sex , your child will be placed in that program. IF, for example, you register an 8 yr old boy in an 8 yr old girl’s program by mistake, your son will be assigned to the girl’s team by our system!

STEPS TO REGISTER: 1. Go to the Online Registration page and click the “Click Here to Register” button. This will take you to the AYBA leagueapps site.

2. Click the “Log In” button on the top right of the page. This will take you into the family account you opened last year.

3. Click on “Dashboard” (If you need to make any changes to your profile you can do it now). Go to “Family Account” which will open your Family Dashboard. You will see a list of Child Participants. Delete any children on the list that are no longer playing in AYBA. Add a new child by clicking on the orange “Add a Child” button under the list of child participants.

4. Then click the “Registration Listing” and select “Basketball” button above your Family Dashboard heading.

5. A list of all the AYBA programs that are open for registration will be listed. Select the program you want for one of your child participants and hit the orange “Register” button.

6. Next page asks you to choose a child to register, from your list of children participants. Click on the child you want . This will bring up your chosen program.

7. If this is the right program click the orange “Register” button. If it is not the program you wanted, click on the grey “Choose another program to register” button, and pick the one you want. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHOOSING THE PROGRAM WITH THE CORRECT SEX FOR YOUR CHILD. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE HERE, YOUR CHILD WILL BE ASSIGNED TO WHICHEVER PROGRAM YOU CHOOSE, EVEN IF IT’S THE WRONG GENDER!!!!

8. Clicking the orange “Register” button will bring up a box with a child icon showing the $65 fee. Click on it. This takes you to the Register terms and waiver page. Answer the questions. Read and accept the waiver.

9. Click the orange “Register for U ____Program” button. THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE CORRECT PROGRAM!

10. You will be taken to the Payment page. If you want to register another child, you can do it now. Choose the orange “Add another registration” button, and continue to register the next child.

11. Complete all your payment details. Please note that if you log out without paying YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED!

12. After your payment is complete, the Confirmation page comes up. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, if your payment went through OK. IF YOU DON’T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITHIN 24 HOURS, PLEASE CONTACT US AT [email protected].
