ID is required for MANDATORY Entry Verification on the day. The event is ONLY open to 18 years or older, persons aged between 10 and 17 may participate with fully completed Minors Entry Form with permission from parent or legal guardian. Children younger than 10 may accompany parent/guardian onto the course, parent/guardian must complete the Child Form to provide organisers accurate numbers. No Bikes, Skates, Skate Boards or Roller Blades etc are allowed on the course, prams are permitted but must start at the rear of the field children are to be secured in pram during the event and are the responsibility of parent/guardian at all times. Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. No PMKeyS or other medical/physical checks will be conducted – it is your obligation as a Defence member to ensure your Medical/Physical categorisation or condition allows you to participate in this event. In the event that an injury or accident is sustained during the event, necessary reporting is to be completed by the member and their workplace as required.
