Notice of 1998 AGM

Notice is hereby given of the 2013 Annual General Meeting of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association China Hong Kong Chapter Limited (“the Association”) and Annual Dinner.

Date : Tuesday 10 Dec 2013 Venue : The Butterfield’s Time : AGM: 6:15pm (Members Only) Dorset House, Taikoo Place Annual Dinner: 7:00pm 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay Hong Kong

AGM Agenda 1. Receive and adopt the minutes of the 2012 Annual General Meeting held on 11 Dec 2012. 2. Receive and adopt the Association’s audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012. 3. Report by the ISACA China HK Chapter President, Simon Chan. 4. Election of officers and directors for 2014. 5. Appointment of the auditors for the year ending 31 December 2013. 6. China Hong Kong Chapter updates by chapter officers 7. Any other business.

Annual Dinner and Entertainment Our Annual Dinner, which will be a 10-course Chinese banquet, will commence at 7.00pm following the AGM. We have also organised various entertainments including games, special performance, presentation of prizes and lucky draw to ensure you will have an enjoyable and fun evening.

ISACA continuing The AGM can be counted towards one valuable ISACA continuing education hour. By education hours attending the AGM, you get one CPE hour.

Fee Attendance to the AGM is free. The cost of attending the Annual Dinner is $350 for ISACA members, $550 for non-members.
