CRUSA / FC BUCKS Summer Training

CRUSA 3V3 FESTIVAL

Benefit for Chad Czapor Saturday August 9, 2008

All CRUSA Intramural, Travel and FC Bucks boys and girls teams U8 and older are invited to participate in a CRUSA-only 3v3 fundraiser tournament. The tournament will be one day, and it will be held on Saturday August 9, 2008 (with a rain date of Sunday August 10, 2008). Specific information such as game times and locations will be announced at a later date, once the exact number of teams per age group has been determined.

ALL money collected will go directly towards helping support the Czapor family and Chad Czapor. The fee per team is $125. All registration fees and sponsorship donations will be collected by CRUSA, but all checks must be made payable to the D’Angelo Foundation. (Write Czapor family fun in the notes section of the check.) Please note: All registration and donation payments must be by check. In addition to a great day of soccer, we will be providing food, beverages and other items and services. There will also be a moon bounce, face painters and other activities to help make this a fun day for the entire family.

With that in mind, we are looking for ways to maximize the fun for all while minimizing the costs, so we can donate as much as possible to the Czapor Family Fund. Thus, we are in need of two things from our CRUSA family: sponsors and volunteers. If you are able to donate time to help organize, coordinate and manage this event, or can donate money to sponsor some portion of the activities, please fill out the form below.
