When: April 12, 2016 – May19, 2016 @ 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Every Tuesday and Thursday My name is Alexis Hollis and I’m a senior at Northwood High School. I have played Volleyball since the age of 11 including recreation, middle school, 4 year high school varsity and club. I will be attending college in the fall as a scholar athletic. My purpose for this camp is to train young girls, while having fun, to obtain the skills of volleyball. I am also preparing to acquire my Girl Scout Gold award. A prestigious award within the Girl Scouts of the USA, earned by Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts. Only 5.4% of eligible Girl Scouts successfully earn the Gold Award.
Please join me on my journey to obtain my Girl Scout Gold Award as I partner with Northwood High School to provide free open gyms for young girls before entering high school competition play.

Medical Release: All campers must have their own medical coverage. Neither Northwood High School, A. Hollis, nor any staff member will be held liable for any injuries suffered during camp. Campers will not be allowed to participate unless the following is submitted and is signed by a parent/guardian. I/We hereby certify that as the parent/guardian of ______give permission for the A. Hollis’ camp staff to seek appropriate medical attention and for medical attention to be given to her in the event of an accident during the days of camp. I will be responsible for any and all costs of medical treatment and release A. Hollis and the camp staff of any liability.
