CLUB DUATHLON No.4– SUTHERLAND CYCLE TRACK RACE REPORT 7.15am Saturday 27 th August 2016

A perfect morning for a 3k Run, 18k Bike, 3k Run at the Sutherland Cycle Track.

STATS 6 Athletes raced / 4 Male, 2 Female / 0 Junior, 6 Senior / 1 New to Duathlon, 5 Old hands / 1 PB

This may be the smallest number that have raced, but what quality.

Kevin arrived right on start time as usual and everyone was in a happy mood.

Ian Ross had the new Gear Style on show for Size Try-ons.

Steve O'Brien turned up to cheer everyone on.

Triathlon Australia has introduced new Race Rules, the main one being the Draft Zone has now been increased from 7m gap to 10m. Make yourself aware of the changes before your next Race by looking it up or asking.

The next Duathlon will be Saturday 24th September, Registration 6.45am for a 7.15am start at Sutherland Cycle Track. Most Sundays are the Stuathlons, 2.30pm Sutherland Cycle Track, $2 entry.
