The meeting was attended by 2 participants, from 2 institutions.
Minutes: The 2nd Coordination meeting was focused on three current issues – website improvements, preparing reports and preparing articles for scientific conferences.
IMTM and MG Soft representative agreed that website must be improved, and that some section on website should be linked to the others. Also, they agreed that some subpages on page Activities should be created. The logo of European Commission should be replaced by EU and MNE flag, in accordance with visibility rules of project. IMTM suggested that section News should be better positioned, so visitors can easy notice latest news on website.

ACTION 1: The logo of European Commission will be removed from project website. Instead it, the flag of Montenegro and European Union will be posted.
ACTION 2: MG Soft will prepare the list of requirements for website improvements, agreed on this meeting, and send to website developer.
ACTION 3: The section News should be positioned on the right side of Home page and visible on all other pages.
The second part of meeting was reserved for discussion about reports. Bojana Tosic presented the recommendation of CFCU for preparing intermediate report. Partners define the deadline for preparing draft version of deliverables – 15th January. All financial documents should be sent until 20th January.
ACTION 4: The draft version of deliverables 2.1. and 2.2. should be sent until 15th January 2017.
ACTION 5: MG Soft should sent all financial documents for the first 4 months to coordinator until 20th January 2017.
The last topic of this meeting was discussion about publishing scientific research article. It is decided to jointly prepare one scientific article about project for ICT conference in Žabljak and to think about publications in BISEC Conference in Kopaonik 2017.
ACTION 6: First version of scientific article for ICT conference Žabljak 2017 should be finished until 16th January 2017.
