1 Purpose This configuration guide provides the information you need to set up the configuration of this building block manually.

2 Preparation

2.1 Prerequisites Make sure that all building block configuration guides, as per the prerequisites matrix, are implemented before starting this configuration.

3 Configuration

3.1 Customers 3.1.1 Check Activation Switch for Functions

Use In this activity, you can check and activate time dependency switch for BP addresses and roles.

Procedure 1. Call the activity by choosing one of the following navigation options: Transaction code SPRO SAP CRM IMG menu Cross-Application Components  SAP Business Partner  Activation Switch for Functions

2. Choose the Active indicator for BUT020 (Time Dependency BP Addresses) and BUT100 (Time Dependency BP Roles). 3.1.2 Define Number Ranges for Customers

Use In this activity, you can create customers with separate internal number ranges in CRM. The customers will be assigned the same ID in the systems to which they are replicated (which is Banking Services Loans Management and FI-CAx), which means that the same number range must exist in those systems, but be external. You already deleted the number range 01 in all systems when configuring “Integration Business Partners – Organizational Management” in CTA.

Procedure 1. Call the activity by choosing one of the following navigation options:

4. Choose the Insert (Enter) pushbutton. 5. Save your entries. 3.1.3 Check and Define Number Range for Customers in other Systems

Procedure Follow the same procedure above of Define Number Ranges for Customers in all connected systems to which your business partners are replicated, but make the number range external in these systems. 3.1.4 Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges

Use You have to define the relevant grouping and assign the number range to this grouping in CRM and in all connected systems to which business partners are replicated.

Procedure 1. Call the activity by choosing the following navigation path:

Follow the same procedure above of Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges in all connected systems to which your business partners are replicated. In these systems, the grouping will automatically be external due to the number range selected. Set the grouping to Hide so that nobody can manually create business partners with this grouping in the other systems. Use Check and define the BP roles BCA010, BCA030 and MKK in the BaS, and FI-CAx systems to which your business partners are replicated, and also check the BP role CRM000 in the BaS system.

Procedure If the BP roles BCA010, BCA030 and MKK are not existing in all connected systems to which your business partners are replicated, follow the same procedures above of Define BP Role Categories and Define BP RolesGroupings and Assign Number Ranges. If the BP role and category CRM000 is not existing in BaS system, follow the similar procedures above of Define BP Role Categories and Define BP RolesGroupings and Assign Number Ranges. BP Role Cat. 3.2 Products

Use Financial Services products for this rapid-deployment solution are loans and collateral agreements. Collateral objects (real estates) are modeled as materials (physical products). 3.2.1 Create the FS Base Hierarchy

Use You can execute the following step to generate the FS base hierarchy BASE_FS and assign set types and relationships.

Procedure 1. Call the activity by choosing one of the following navigation options:

3.2.2 Convert Relationship Type

Use You can execute the following report to covert relationship type.

Procedure 1. Execute report CRM_PNT_UM1 in transaction SA38 to convert the relationship types. No output indicates that the program ran successfully.

3.2.4 Define Format of Product ID

2. Select Define Output Display and Save Type of Product ID and choose the Choose pushbutton. 3. If no data is displayed, choose New Entries. 4. Maintain the value as shown in the following table: Field name Value Prod. ID Length 18

5. Leave all other fields empty.

We strongly recommend that you specify a maximum length of 18 characters for the product ID if integration with an ERP system is planned. For more information, refer to the documentation for this Customizing activity.

6. Choose Save. 3.2.5 Create Sales Products

Use You need the following FS products: Product ID Description Product Type Category ID FS_STD_INSTLOAN Standard Installment Financial Services BASE_FS_LOAN Loan 06 FS_STD_RML Standard Retail Financial Services BASE_FS_LOAN Mortgage 06 The product FS_STD_RML uses the base category BASE_FS_LOAN06 and item category group BK01. This product category BASE_FS_LOAN06 is for retail loans with BaS. Item category group BK01 is for secured loans (real estate finance). For unsecured loans (installment loans) with BaS, item category group BK03 is used. Both item categories support conditions relating to fixed interest rates and conditions relating to variable interest rates. 3.2.5.1 FS_STD_INSTLOAN (Standard Installment Loan)

Procedure 1. Log on to the SAP CRM WebClient UI. 2. Call the activity by choosing the following navigation path: SAP CRM WebClient Menu Products à Create: FS Product 3. In the General Data assignment block, enter the product ID FS_STD_INSTLOAN and product description Standard Installment Loan. 4. Choose the base category BASE_FS_LOAN06 using input help.

5. Press Enter. 6. In the General Data section of the Product Details assignment block, choose the item category group BK03 using input help. 7. In the Categories assignment block, enter the process category FS_PROCESS_UNS_LEN using input help. 8. In the Distribution Chain assignment block choose New. 9. In the Distribution Chain assignment block, select a corresponding sales organization and a distribution channel using input help. Choose the sales organization Bank Branch 01 and the distribution channel Direct Sales. 10. In the Usage assignment block, enter the following values: Usage Description 03 Car Purchase 04 Furniture Purchase 11. Choose Back. 12. In the Distribution Chains assignment block, select the sales organization Bank Branch 01, Direct Sales and choose Copy to copy the data to other sales organizations. 14. To maintain a longer sales text to describe the product, open the Notes assignment block and choose New. Select the text type Basic text and the language in which you want to maintain the sales text from the dropdown list. Enter the sales text In the Text assignment block. Repeat for all languages in which you want to define a sales text. Choose Back. 15. In the Collateral Required assignment block, make sure the flag Collateral Required is unchecked. 16. Choose Save. 3.2.5.2 FS_STD_RML (Standard Retail Mortgage)

Procedure 1. Log on to the SAP CRM WebClient UI.

2. Call the activity by choosing the following navigation path: SAP CRM WebClient Menu Products à Create: FS Product

3. In the General Data assignment block, enter the product ID FS_STD_RML and product description Standard Retail Mortgage. 4. Choose the base category BASE_FS_LOAN06 using input help. 5. Press Enter. 6. In the General Data section of the Product Details assignment block, choose the item category group BK01 using input help. 7. In the Category assignment block, enter the process category FS_PROCESS_SEC_LEN using input help. 8. In the Agreement Type assignment block, enter Agreement Type or use input help. Agreement Type Short Text 010300 Certified Mortgage 9. In the Distribution Chain assignment block choose New. 10. In the Distribution Chain assignment block, select a corresponding sales organization and a distribution channel using input help. Choose the sales organization Bank Branch 01 and the distribution channel Direct Sales. 11. In the Interest Lock Period assignment block, enter the following values: Interest Lock Time Unit Default 002 Years 003 Years x 060 Months 12. In the Usage assignment block, enter the following values: Usage Description 01 Construction Financing 02 Real Estate Purchase 13. Choose Back. 14.
