Membership Report Patricia Berkowitz  Update on memberships for the new year  Online purchasing for All-Sports Passes is now available  How do we want to handle group passes to the YMCA and Young Life?  Dates for future opportunities to purchase a membership  All current board members must have a valid IMP Club membership by our next meeting. Board policy.

Concessions Report Jennifer Jewel  Welcome Jennifer Jewel and Jenice Bass, both ladies are on the CHS staff  Popcorn machine has been repaired and is working.  New grill was purchased for $300 from Home Depot and is being stored in the concession stand (Pop Warner was told that they would have to purchase their own grill.)  I’m still in the process of updating the prices on the TV’s. I hope to have that completed by Wednesday of this week.  I will go to SAMS and help purchase supplies for this weeks games.  Ice machine is very low on ice, what are our plans for ice on Friday?  I would like to purchase a Husky tool box with wheels to store goods in after Thursday or Friday games. $54 each  Pop Warner will be using the concession stand this Saturday, we will need to remove all of our goods before then.

Spirit Michelle Mendel  New spirit items where on sale for Freshman orientation.

 We still need to be able to secure the items in the new cabinet since it does not have a lock. (Dunphy, can you help with this?)

Sponsorships for the 2016-17 school year Ken Kinsey  Fall Sponsors: Cary Pop Warner $6,300 (This money was submitted to the AD as in-kind donation for usage of the facilities.) GEICO $6,500 Freddy’s Frozen Custard $5,000 Hendrick Chevrolet $2,500 Hiester Chevrolet $2,500 South Wake Oral Surgery $1,250 Butcher’s Market $1,250 new Triangle Orthopedics $1,000 Frantz Automotive $750 Bojangles $750 Five Guys $750 NC State Fair $350 (This amount is for the program ad only.) TOTAL $28,900 (We have NOT collected this amount as of yet!)

 I have signed the new contracts from Katche for the new year.  Don Picone will be our new contact person from the IMP Club for sponsorships. Please be reminded that any information or deals being made with vendors/sponsors should include Don on emails and or discussions.

Sports Programs Robin Bunting  Program has been submitted for print.  Huge thank you to Robin for working on this and getting it put together.  If you would like to help in this area please let Robin know.

Website – GoImps.com Rick Adamson  If you have any new announcements please pass them along and I will update the website as soon as possible.  Fall Registrations are now open.  Fall Sports Schedules are now available.  All-Sports Passes can now be purchased online.  Spirit store is under construction and will hopefully be available soon online.

Rent-an-IMP Ken Kinsey  We are also looking for a volunteer to take on this area for next season.  Please submit a request if you are interested in having your child’s name on the pavement around the CHS campus.  Cost is $50.  This info has been updated on the website.  We have 5 of these thus far that we need to paint before Friday, 8/19.

AD Report Mike Dunphy

New Business to be brought to the Board.  Fall Raffle tickets were distributed to all FALL team’s August 1st – Thanks to Moe’s for being providing a coupon on the back of the raffle ticket.  All CHS athletic teams have been notified of the amount of money that will be subtracted from their team accounts for the seasonal raffle prizes.  HUDL bill is due August 15th. We need to determine the breakdown for who pays what this year.  Please look at the info posted below for next year’s board members. I will need to update this after tonight’s meeting.  Next board meeting will be September 11th
