Welcome to the Town of Baldwin Marvin “Buddy” Godbold Skate Park HOURS OPEN THURSDAY - FRIDAY 3 PM – 5 PM, 6 PM – 8 PM SATURDAY 2 PM – 5 PM, 6 PM – 8 PM CLOSED THE MONTH OF JULY (WHEN IT IS RAINING) NEW YEAR’S DAY, THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS DAY, AND JULY 4TH

THE PARK WAS DESIGNED FOR DIFFERENT SKILL LEVELS- KNOW YOUR ABILITIES AND STAY WITHIN THEM WHILE AT THE PARK  Helmets are required – NO EXCEPTIONS! Knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards are strongly recommended.  Only skateboard and in- line skates are allowed.  Foot traffic, bicycles, scooters, roller skates, motorized vehicles, additional obstacles or other materials (ramps/jumps) are not allowed.  Animals and pets are not allowed.  Keep your language in check – abusive language or behavior is not allowed. Be respectful of other skaters and of others using the adjacent parks and playgrounds.  Smoking, drugs, alcohol, food, glass containers and drinks are not allowed.  Please use the trash containers and keep your park clean.  Skating permitted during park hours only. No loitering after the facility is closed.

BY USING THE TOWN OF BALDWIN SKATE PARK, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES.

WARNING USE OF THIS PARK MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR EVEN DEATH.  Please refrain from skating when surface is wet  Any use of this park is at your own risk  The Town of Baldwin is not responsible for any loss, damages or injuries which result from Skate Park use  The Town of Baldwin does not represent that these guidelines identify or address all unsafe conditions with skate park use – they are recommendations that should reduce potential for accidents  Misbehavior and rules violations will result in being removed from the park

ATTENTION A CHILD UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MAY NOT ENTER THE SKATING FACILITY UNTIL THE TOWN OF BALDWIN HAS OBTAINED WRITTEN CONSENT FROM THE CHILD’S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIANS (316.0085 F.S.)
