Q3: CAN I SHIP PARTS USING OUR COMPANY UPS ACCOUNT NUMBER? A3: If items ship from our Bridgeville or Meadville location, Equipco can bill your UPS account. Items shipping direct from our vendors, depend on the the policies of that vendor. Orders that must first ship from a vendor to Equipco and then be picked up at Equipco can not be billed to your UPS account.

Q4: CAN I SHIP PARTS 3RD PARTY BILLING USING A MOTOR FREIGHT COMPANY? A4: We can use 3rd party billing if shipping from our Bridgeville facility. If parts are shipping from our vendors, we can not use 3rd party billing.

Q5: WHY WAS MY PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER NOT LISTED ON THE PARTS' PACKING LIST? A5: In this case, it is likely that we drop shipped it from our vendor. You can call Equipco and we can help you determine the purchase order number for the shipment in question.

Q6: WHY DID I RECEIVE MY PARTS, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE? A6: Your order was probably drop shipped from one of our vendors. When a vendor ships parts direct to our customer, we have to wait for the invoice from the vendor in order to determine shipping status of parts and freight costs.

Q7: WHY HAVE I RECEIVED AN INVOICE BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARTS. A7: Most of the invoices sent out by Equipco have a tracking # on them. You can usually use this tracking # to track shipments on line from the shipper's web site. Q6: WHAT TYPE OF HYDRAULIC OIL DO I USE IN MY HYSTER LIFT TRUCK? A6: There are two types of hydraulic oil that are used in Hyster lift trucks. All Hyster models, except the new FORTIS series, use Universal Tractor Fluid. The Hyster FORTIS uses ISOVG46 hydraulic oil.

Q1: CAN WE SEND OUR FORKLIFT OPERATOR TO EQUIPCO TO BE CERTIFIED? A1: OSHA Standard for Powered industrial trucks. - 1910.178 states " 1910.178(l)(6) Certification. The employer shall certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l). The certification shall include the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation" Equipco has two programs that will enable you to certify your own operators. Our programs are: 1) Compliance Process Training. ideal for smaller companies. 2) Train the Trainer – for larger companies with many employees. ATTEND "TRAIN THE TRAINER" TRAINING? A3: No, Equipco has a Compliance process for companies like yours that does not have the need or the resources for a full blown trainer. Here is how this works. All 10 of your operators have to attend a Equipco's 4 hr class room training program. Then one of your attendees will come to a second 5½ hour Compliance Process Class. This person will then be your company's Hands-On Trainer.
