This is an established role within the Company, working Company: closely with the Foreman in Liverpool. Dealing with the William G Search Limited cleaning and preparation of our hire fleet of portable buildings and toilets, including pressure washing, disinfecting Location: and minor repairs to units. A desirable (not essential) part of Hammond Road, Liverpool, L33 the role is being able to drive a 7.50 tonne toilet service and 7UW. delivery truck, covering for our existing team of service drivers. Job Category: To work within the team as a key support member, Labourer / Driver responsible for the cleaning and preparation of units, including toilets, cabins, and welfare units etc. prior to hire. Salary/Wages: £16,000 to £16,500 per annum Responsible to Overtime available The Foreman in Liverpool depot, but will be accountable for Job Reference Code: their own tasks on a daily basis. 2017-08 JM Duties Posted: 9/2/17  Cleaning and preparation of toilets and other units as described above  Ensuring that units are ready for hire in a timely manner carrying out small repairs and adjustments as required  Anti-freeze of units prior to winter storage  Communication with the Works Foreman regarding progress of works.  Other yard duties including keeping storage yard clean and tidy; sweeping; washing down; weeding; grass cutting; general maintenance  On site toilet service duties, collection and delivery of toilets when required

Essential Skills

 General maintenance/handyman skills  Must be able to work within strict time-frames  Good communication skills with ability to discuss issues with Works Foreman and other internal personnel  Ability to work as part of a team  Physically fit  Ability to work without supervision  7.50 tonne driving license or have passed driving test prior to 1996.  Driver CPC accreditation
